• I met Ruth and Esh by chance and over a cup of tea the garden was measured up. Nothing as technical as a tape measure, just Esh’s strides – all very accurate !!
• An informal chat with Ruth then produced various suggestions combining what I wanted with what was possible.
• Within a couple of days I received a sketch and a couple of days later a start date was agreed.
• Lovely people to have around. Nothing was problematic – very much a 'can do' approach.
• Stress levels? For me zero. They did all the work, were considerate of my erratic hours and were punctual and reliable. The price was exactly as agreed in the estimate – no nasty surprises and brilliant value for money.
• My garden now? The ancient cracked concrete is now a lovely slab patio area complete with pergola frame. I have a bricked herb area and a 'ladies raised vegetable garden' as well as various shrubs, grasses and roses throughout. Everything is low maintenance and I love it !!
